Free Adjustments & Remakes
We are committed to doing what we can to help you get the perfect fit, and we ordinarily do. If for any reason you don't 100% love your first shirt from us, we're more than happy to provide a free adjustment or remake. Our specialty is customer service and we're happy to make this a straightforward stress-free process.
Free Adjustments & Remakes Terms
- Requests to alter or remake your first shirt must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After a request has been made, and we have received the shirt back from you, please expect around 12 working days for an updated or remade shirt to be delivered.
- In order to request an adjustment or remake, you must return your shirt to MILK Shirts in Hong Kong.
- Each customer is entitled to one free adjustment or remake.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Adjustments and remakes depend on fabric stock and availability. If your fabric is not available, an alternative of the same or lesser value may be chosen.
- If you experience a significant change in your body, feel free to update your custom size. However, after your first adjustment or remake, we are not responsible for further adjustments or remakes to fit your new body size.
- You will still be eligible for a full refund even if you receive a free adjustment or remake. Simply return the adjusted / remade shirt to us to receive your refund.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy Terms- To be eligible for a return, your shirt must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are happy to accept the return of a shirt that has been washed once or twice. We often encourage customers to wash or launder their shirt as the shrinkage may result in a better fit. However, shirts that have been washed more than twice or that show signs of wear will not be accepted for a return.
- Customers are responsible for an incurred duties, fees or taxes and these charges are non-refundable.
- We will provide free shipping via DHL Express for all remakes or adustments, however customers will still be responsible for any incurred duties, fees or taxes.
- Gift cards are unfortunately non-returnable.
- To complete your shirt return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The shirt must also be in it's original packaging.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds is approximately 7 working days.
- We will not be held responsible for shirts lost in transit, customers must keep a record of tracking information to minimize chance of loss in transit.
- Adjustments and remakes are subject to fabric stock and availability.
- This policy is not warranty, shits with signs of wear may not be accepted as a return.
- Customers deemed to be abusing our return policy may be barred from additional purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service or to do business with any customer for any reason.
